Who determines how much visitation is reasonable and fair?

The Florida Courts want the parents to make that determination based on their child’s own needs. An experienced attorney should be able to help a client decide and push the idea of what’s best for their child in a custody or timesharing agreement. If an agreement can’t be reached, then the courts will make that decision and that is not the best case scenario.
